Returns Policy

You may at your complete discretion cancel this contract within a cooling off period of 7 working days from the day after you receive the products.

If you choose to cancel the contract, you must serve a written notice of cancellation on Rapid Climate Control Limited stating that you wish to cancel the contract. A cancellation notice can be sent by e-mail, fax or by post as stated below.

The contract will be deemed to have been terminated upon service of the notice of cancellation subject to your compliance with the paragraphs above. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

If the contract is cancelled within the 7 working day cooling off period and the products are returned in "a new" or "as new" condition with the original packaging and receipt, then you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. You should return the products to us as soon as possible.

If you fail to return the products within a reasonable period of time of the notice of return, we may arrange for the products to be collected from your premises and you will be liable for any direct costs incurred in arranging for the products to be collected. We may deduct this amount from any refund due to you.
