Portable air conditioners are a one piece air conditioning unit. They are convenient, simple to use and easily moved. They require only an opening window or access to a false ceiling to exhaust away the warm air through a hose and a standard 13 amp power supply.

Portable split unit air conditioners have separate evaporator and condenser units and are more powerful than portable air contioners. The main unit is sited in the room, with the condenser placed outside through either a window or door to expel the warm air. They use a standard 13 amp power supply.

There are three main types of portable heater to chose from; direct heaters, indirect heaters (both available in gas and oil) and electric heaters. Please see below for explanations of each.

Portable heaters are designed to provide large volumes of instant controllable heat where you need it, when you need it.
This robust, cost effective and highly efficient range of heaters is suitable for a wide variety of well ventilated areas including construction sites, factories and warehouses.
Hire Gas Fired Cabinet Heaters
Cabinet heaters are available as either radiant or in the popular no-flame catalytic model. These Butane fired heaters provide safe, controllable heat. All units are supplied with a 13kg Butane cylinder and regulator and are available with a safety guard.
Cabinet heaters do not need a mains power supply and their compact size and ease of mobility make them an ideal temporary heating solution for many applications including small offices, shops and schools.
Hire Indirect Oil Fired Heaters
Indirect heaters provide large volumes of 100% clean, warm, dry air, with all combustion gases expelled outside the building through a choice of either fixed or flexible exhaust flue. Robust and durable, these portable heaters can be sited externally and duct warm air to where it is required. Used in conjunction with building dryers they accelerate the drying of wet processes in a controlled manner.
Indirect Heaters suit a wide variety of applications including food preparation areas and construction sites as well as areas with limited ventilation such as marquees and exhibition halls.

Highly efficient and run on low cost fuel oil, these units provide large volumes of instant heat, up to 300,000 Btu/hr (88 kW) directly where you need it.

The range of slimline convector and oil filled radiators provide warmth in a wide variety of applications including offices, temporary accommodation and educational premises.
These heaters are particularly useful in cold spells to support existing fixed heating systems.
